Dwayne has been the lead pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, NC. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director of Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is driven to train future generations of biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online articles, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
